About Me
A “true native” to Northern Colorado, I was born in Fort Collins, raised in Loveland, and graduated from CSU (Magna Cum Laude) in 1997. I have resided in (and owned real estate in) Colorado Springs, Loveland, Fort Collins and Windsor in various chapters of my adult life. After nearly two decades in the field of occupational therapy and serving in hospital and school settings along the Front Range, I pursued my real estate license in 2017, realizing a dream I had held onto since high school. I am passionate about helping clients reach their goals of homeownership or investing, and view real estate as a powerful wealth-building tool. As a Realtor, I value communication, attention to detail, and knowledge/resourcefulness. I am responsive, proactive and forthright at all times. I ensure clients feel informed and prepared throughout the complexities of a real estate transaction. I am constantly learning and staying current on the latest market data and trends to remain a trusted source of relevant and timely information.
I live in Windsor with my husband, Matt, our two teenage sons, and our dog, Buddy. I enjoy boating and camping with my family, and walking or jogging on my own or with others — including Buddy! I have always loved animals and have had horses, dogs and cats at various stages of my life.
Community Involvement
I give 15% of my net annual income (after expenses) to populations and programs that move me to act. I also give of my time as opportunities arise to the following efforts that are important to me:
-Therapeutic horseback riding and hippotherapy programs locally
-Struggling student programs for children with or without identified disabilities
-Programs such as WomenGive, to support single parents wanting to better their future
-Timberline Church and their local community assistance efforts
-Parkinson’s research and treatment efforts, such as through Michael J. Fox Foundation

Mandy was just stellar! She was organized and kept everything moving smoothly and kept me informed and prepped for every step along the way. Mandy has been so amazing! I dropped into her life one day with a house that wasn't on the market yet, she basically hit the dirt running without even meeting yet. She was on her A-game from the beginning. She is the reason we even got the house, she was in constant communication with myself and the Sellers and in the end that diligence is what won the deal for me even though there was a higher bid! She also went through all the paperwork and made sure I understood everything, when I got the closing table everything was a breeze. I'm so happy I found Mandy, I will be sharing her name with all of my friends and family looking to buy locally!
Mandy was very thorough in her research to fairly determine the selling price for our Townhome. It sold for the listing price. It was under contract within 2 days. She was in frequent communication from listing to closing. She put extra effort into staging, ordering pre-inspection, and verification of square footage. She arranged for photos, and virtual tour video. She verified that HOA information was correct and corrected incorrect information. Upon receipt of four offers, she put them into a spreadsheet to review pros and cons of each offer. She reviewed all documents with us. She negotiated with buyer's agent to cover nearly all closing costs. We will definitely contact Mandy for all our future real estate transactions.
